Britney Bingham Counselling
Britney has her Master’s in Counselling Psychology and has been providing counselling services over the last 4 years. In her free time she loves doing DIY projects, spending time with loved ones, especially her animals, and being outside.
Britney works with both teens and adults (15+) who are searching for support with trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationship and familial issues, as well as general life’s ups and downs.
Her focus is on empowering you to break free from the chains of childhood trauma, limiting beliefs, and unhealthy patterns so that you can live authentically and confidently. Working with Britney is a collaborative journey where you will work through the emotional blocks that have been holding you back, challenge the negative beliefs that limit your potential, and rebuild your sense of self-worth and agency.

Colombe, Ember Counselling Therapy
Hi, I'm Colombe – Owner and therapist at Ember Counselling Therapy. I help individuals and couples build emotional balance, heal from past pain, and create healthier relationships. If you struggle with, intense emotions that feel overwhelming, ongoing conflict or disconnection in relationships or feeling stuck in survival mode or repeating self-sabotaging patterns, I am here to help. My goal is to support you in finding clarity, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of connection; with yourself and with others.
Therapy with me is a collaborative, supportive journey that begins with getting to know you: your story, your struggles, and what you hope to change. From the very beginning, I work to create a non-judgmental, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are. There's no pressure to have it all figured out, just a willingness to explore and grow.
