Britney has her Master’s in Counselling Psychology and has been providing counselling services over the last 4 years. In her free time she loves doing DIY projects, spending time with loved ones, especially her animals, and being outside.

Britney works with both teens and adults (10+) who are searching for support with trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationship and familial issues, as well as general life’s ups and downs.

Britney is passionate about creating safety to feel heard, accepted, and supported through the hardships life often throws our way. She utilizes a client centered approach to meet you where you’re at with no judgment and unconditional positive regard. Britney will then use an integrative approach, pulling strategies and tools from multiple therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, narrative therapy, trauma informed lens, and IFS.

Keely Murphy, MA SCP, LCT-C, CASC

 Keely has her Master's in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy and has been providing counselling and coaching for the last 8 years. 

One of Keely's most challenging and rewarding years was one spent as a Spiritual Care Provider at Grand River Hospital, providing counselling and end-of-life care to patients in palliative, ICU, geriatric and neurobehavioural units. 

Keely brings a great deal of lived experience with mental health, grief, and the challenges of life transitions. As someone whose life has been dealt its fair share of challenges and surprises, Keely brings a unique appreciation and empathy to the care she provides for her clients. Humour is often brought into sessions as a way to help process, and a collaborative approach to healing is highly encouraged.

As a solution-focused, emotionally-focused, and client-centred therapist, Keely provides counselling and spiritual care for those dealing with: grief, couples issues, divorce, life changes, relationship issues, personal growth, anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, ADHD and Autism. Along with providing care for seniors and adults, Keely also specializes in working with the 2SLGBTQIA+ and Indigenous communities, teens and young adults.

Nathalie O’Brien, BSW

Nathalie O’Brien is a compassionate advocate and mentor dedicated to supporting individuals with busy and hectic lives.  Bilingual in English and French, with French as her first language, Nathalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the Université de Moncton. 

With over 8 years of experience as a public servant for the Government of Canada, Nathalie understands the challenges of balancing multiple responsibilities. 

Her passion lies in providing guidance and support to help individuals navigate life's demands while maintaining their well-being and achieving their personal and professional goals. 

At 33 years of age, Nathalie's discovery of her ADHD came as a revelation after the birth of her child. This pivotal moment not only reshaped her understanding of herself but also fueled her passion for supporting others facing similar journeys. Embracing this newfound knowledge with courage and determination, Nathalie integrated strategies for self-care and mindfulness into her own life, recognizing their profound impact on her well-being and ability to thrive. This personal experience uniquely positions her to empathize with and empower her clients, guiding them towards a path of resilience, balance, and fulfillment.
